MyUFHealth (formerly MyChart) provides a secure and convenient way to access portions of your medical record and communicate with your clinic. Using MyUFHealth you can review your health summary, immunizations, allergies, and released test results. You can also request prescription refills and request appointments. In addition you can stay connected with your physician’s office using a secure messaging system. MyUFHealth does not represent your legal medical record. All communications sent or received using MyUFHealth are saved as a part of your medical record.
MyUFHealth enables you to manage your healthcare at a time and place that is convenient for you. To sign up for MyUFHealth you will need an Internet connection, an e-mail address, and a MyUFHealth access code from your physician’s office. The sign-up process takes less than five minutes.
