The Division of Nephrology proudly had 10 Research Faculty and Lab Assistants present posters in the Department of Medicine’s Celebration of Research. We had two winners from the Division.
Winners for the Division of Nephrology, Hypertension, & Renal Transplant
We congratulate Dr. Casey and Dr. Shukla on their winning posters and continuing research withing the Division of Nephrology
· Dr. Casey won with his poster ” Steroid Avoidance Reduces the Chance for a Subsequent Transplant in Renal Transplant Recipients with Graft Failure”
· Dr. Shukla won in the Category of Novel Technology, Diagnostics, or Therapeutics with his poster “Hydroxychloroquine, A Novel Approach for the Management of Cardiovascular Disease in Chronic Kidney Disease”
