The Division of Nephrology is seeking applications for multiple, full-time clinical track positions as a Nephrology Hospitalist at the Clinical Assistant Professor level. The successful candidates will provide high quality, inpatient, nephrology consultative care only, with no primary care or clinic responsibilities, on a 7-day-on/7-day-off schedule. The Division of Nephrology is a dynamic division with strong initiatives in basic and clinical research as well as quality and safety initiatives. We enjoy a close collaborative relationship with Shands Hospital and pride ourselves in professional and collaborative interdisciplinary care. The Division of Nephrology is the number one ranked nephrology division in the state of Florida and 12th in the nation by U.S. News & World Report on Best Hospitals. Resources available for professional development at the University of Florida Health Sciences Center include leadership, education, and research tracks within a Clinical Translational Science Institute (CTSI), formal mentorship programs, and supported opportunities for teaching and research.
