About Amir Kazory

My name is Amir Kazory, MD, and my main academic interest is the nephrologic aspects of heart failure, cardiorenal syndrome, fluid management in the critically-ill patients, disorders of water homeostasis, and the interactions between kidney and heart in various pathologic settings. Since the beginning of my career in France, I have been involved in clinical research projects, including extracorporeal and pharmacologic therapies that are currently offered to patients with cardiorenal syndrome and other disorders of water homeostasis. These projects have resulted in a variety of publications, including articles and book chapters. I have been frequently invited to provide lectures in national and international conferences around the globe.
